SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, Knoop is not responsible for shipping time, delays or missing packages. Please contact the shipping courier for updates.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Knooppr.com​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Knooppr.com​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

In the case that the shipping courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Knoop is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. In cases like these, Knoop is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

NOTE: The tracking information available to customer service representatives is the same information you will see on USPS Tracking®. If you’d like to speak with a us about another issue with your package, please call us.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we can not modify the length of any finished product, because of this we don't offer modifications to a finish product. If you have chosen the incorrect size simply apply for an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please note that all shipping costs are covered by the customer.

 

Exchanges must be for the same style and color combination of the original item. We encourage you to double check the fitment before submitting for an exchange as there is only one change permitted. Items on clearance do not qualify for exchanges.

 

All exchanges must be sent with proof of purchase, Item must be unused, undamaged and clean. All exchanges will be sent via mail of your courier preference. To apply for an exchange please write an email to info@knooppr.com with the appropriate subject "exchange / return" and the indication of your order number.

return Policy

If you received a damaged or malfunctioning item you may be eligible for a return. Please notice all funds will be in store credit. For a return policy review, write an email to info@knooppr.com with detailed pictures and description of the damage in the item. Use the subject "Returns" with the order number. Use the template below for the email body text.
